Beta version 2.0 of Internet telephony service Skype features video conferencing for PC users.
As always, Skype to Skype computer calls are free (fantastic savings for international calling) and video conferencing is free too. To video conference you'll need to be running Windows XP (no word on when the Mac version will be out) with a camera attached to your computer. Integration with Outlook enables one-click conferencing as well. Skype 2.0 beta is a free download, Windows XP only.
