Microsoft's AntiSpyware is yet another way to gang up on unwanted PC software.
The AntiSpyware software is in beta, but still does a good job of cleaning things up on your Windows PC. Use it alongside other cleaners like Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy for extra protection.
Oh, and when you go download it, Microsoft will ask to "validate" your Windows installation. This presented problems using Firefox on a perfectly legitimate copy of Windows, so you might as well just skip that part (and you can). Right now AntiSpyware is a free trial download. No word from Redmond whether or not it will ever be a pay-for product, so download, install and scan now for free while you can.
