If you qualify, complete your taxes using an online service (a special unadvertised version of TurboTax available!) listed on the IRS web site here. Not everyone qualifies, and you still have to pay for state returns. Be sure to use a service linked on the IRS web site to take advantage of the offer (companies aren't exactly advertising this program on their main sites.)
